Roles

Each user has a role on the Users page.

Roles you can assign

The Users form offers these values:

Role	What they can do
admin	Change Configurations, Alerting, and Users. Review findings.
user	Review Reports, Exposures, and Vendors.
viewer	View pages.
manager	Review findings. Cannot change settings unless the role is admin.
analyst	Review Reports, Exposures, and Vendors.

Only admin can change settings.
Other roles see a View only badge on Configurations, Alerting, and Users.

What an admin can do

• Add, edit, and delete configuration rows
• Add, edit, and delete alert destinations and rules
• Add, edit, and delete users

You cannot change your own role.

What any signed-in user can do

• Open Dashboard, Reports, Exposures, Vendor Monitoring, and Changelog
• Filter lists and open report or vendor detail
• Mark false positive and remediated on exposures and reports when the page allows it
