Troubleshooting

Use this when the live dashboard does not do what you expect.

Sign-in fails

  • Use the email on Users.
  • Confirm you can open the dashboard URL.
  • Ask an admin to check your role.

Sign-in uses PropelAuth.

API Status is Disconnected

The sidebar footer and Dashboard System Health use the same health check.

  • Refresh the page.
  • If it stays Disconnected, the dashboard cannot reach the customer API. Try again later or ask your admin.

Configurations says View only

Your role is not admin (or another privileged role).
Ask an admin to change settings or to change your role. You cannot change your own role.

Rows stay Pending

Pending means hunt does not use the term yet.
You cannot set Active in the dashboard. Wait for review.

Reports or Exposures are empty

  1. Confirm at least one domain row exists.
  2. Confirm that row is Active, not Pending.
  3. Confirm API Status is Connected.
  4. Refresh later. The dashboard does not show a scan countdown.

No alert arrived

  1. Confirm the destination is Enabled.
  2. Confirm the endpoint starts with http:// or https://.
  3. Confirm the rule is Enabled and lists that destination.
  4. Confirm the report meets minimum severity and minimum confidence.
  5. Remember: alerts fire on attribution reports, not on a vendor grade change.

The product sends one POST per match.
HTTP status 400 or higher is a failed delivery. There is no dashboard retry button.

CSV import fails

The page shows a short notice. Common causes:

  • Unknown or missing column
  • Invalid hostname
  • Path that does not start with /
  • Duplicate row (skipped)
  • Your role cannot change Configurations

Use Download template. Keep the header names. See CSV import.

Permission error on Users or status marks

The API rejected the change.
Your role cannot do that action, or you tried to change your own role.
